Screen printing
The screen printing department has 11 automatic and semiautomatic printing systems allowing us to meet various printing needs and handle prints.
Pad printing
This department has 10 CNC pad printing machines capable of in-line 1-to-8 colour printing on media measuring up to 150×850 mm in size.
Automatic cutting
The automatic cutting department has 2 CNC semiautomatic plotters for the precision processing of all non-ferrous materials.
Blanking and Deep Drawing
Grail Innovation have installed a press line in order to handle all working stream internally.
In-Mould Decoration
In mold heat transfer, in-mould labelling/film insert moulding, in mold labelling.
Assembly
The special component assembly area features two motor-driven lines and a product quality control line to provide clients.
